Why I do what I do
Hi, my name is Kayla I'm a wife and a mom of two! My family is my life and they always keep it interesting, whether at dance with my daughter or baseball with my son I'm always capturing their crazy antics!
I started taking photos when I was younger with an old AE-1 canon that was gifted to me from my aunt and I fell in love. I have since retired the old gal and have continually upgraded as often as possible. It has always been a fun, well-loved hobby for me that I take great pride in.
However within the past few years I have decided to be more serious about said "hobby" that I so greatly enjoy. While since having children and going through life I had begun to realize just how unrealistically expensive it is to hire a "professional photographer"; whether it be for a family session, wedding, or a newborn session. I decided then to set out to make "freezing" special times and memories affordable for everyone.
Magic happens when your able to freeze a loving glance or a child's laugh; its truly magical. I enjoy getting those priceless candid shots just as much as the posed for ones. Blowing bubbles or playing with a ball, beauty can be found in all of it! High quality should never have to come with a high price tag.
Hence the reason "Uniquely Phrozen Photography" was born!
